Kill Internet Explorer 6

Do you, like me, hate the skin, blood, guts and bones of the prehistoric web-browser that taunts us all?

FileQuake is making a huge effort to rid the net of IE6 users.

If users are using Internet Explorer 6, instead of being shown FileQuake, they're shown a notification and offered 3 popular modern browsers. The user can directly download the new browser from that page, and enjoy FileQuake and the rest of the net from a capable browser.

If for some reason there's a corporate restriction on the user, and they've no choice but to use IE6 (don'tcha just hate that), the user can exit the prompt for that session and use FileQuake as "normal", but they'll be bullied again next time.

Another neat feature is a counter, which increments every IE6 user who actually downloaded a browser (and the download completed 100%, if they quit the partial download, they didn't upgrade) while on that page, so in effect, a counter of IE6 users FileQuake has helped bring into the 21st century.Please show your support too, paste the "Chicklets" below into your forum or blog posts.
