E-Blah is a long established Forum / Bulletin Board script written in Perl. E-Blah is unique in that it uses a Flat-File database, with a SQL version being in beta, so E-Blah is ideal for installation on servers without the availability of an SQL database. E-Blah is noted for it's speed and security, being one of the few forum software available which has never been hacked into or compromised, largely due to the lack of SQL, the robustness of Perl and the skill of the lead developer, Justin.

E-Blah has a small list of modifications available, to add functionality or tweak in-built actions or features. With many mods being written upon request. Themes and templates are contributed by both users in the community and the support team.
