Launchy is a small program designed with aesthetics in mind. It's purpose is to replace your Windows start menu, desktop Icons and even Windows Explorer. Launchy indexes all the programs on your system, indexes your files and folders and even your bookmarks. This allows you to launch your programs or files with just a couple of keystrokes.

When you start Launchy, it will reside in your system tray. To bring Launchy into view, hold the alt key and tap the space bar. Launchy uses a neat system where you type in part of the name of the program or file your looking for and Launchy narrows down your search letter by letter. When it's found, simply click the file or hit Enter/Retu to execute . To make Launchy disappear into the background, simply hit the escape key.
