Sygate, the company now owned by Symantec after the company bought Sygate Technologies on the 16^th August 05 left us with a fantastic firewall product. Now no longer in production although a lot of its security features are now integrated into some of the worlds leading firewall software, the Symantec software. Sygate's personal firewall, even though out of production now is still popular among home users who feel safe in the knowledge that the firewall systems the company produced are used in enterprise level servers and networks.

Sygate Firewall has been tested to work under the following Operating Systems:

Windows 2000
Windows XP
Windows 2003
Windows XP64

Note that Sygate's Firewall products have been discontinued from November 30^th 2005. This is hosted here for the people who know and still to this day trust the solid firewall they left us with.
